At Valneraco, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1) Order Processing Time

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (and tracking information if available).
Important: During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing may take slightly longer.
2) Shipping Time (Delivery Estimates)
Our standard shipping time is 7–12 business days after the order is processed.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address details
3) Shipping Rates
Shipping costs (if applicable) are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4) Where We Ship
We ship to the destinations available at checkout.
If you do not see your country/region listed at checkout, we may not currently ship there.
5) Tracking Information
When available, tracking details will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Please note:

Tracking updates can take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

In some cases (certain carriers/services), tracking may be limited or unavailable.
6) Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned to us due to:

an incorrect or incomplete address,
-
failure to collect the package,
-
refusal of delivery,
you may be responsible for reshipping fees. If you prefer not to reship, we can review the situation and may issue a refund excluding original shipping fees (where applicable), once the item is returned/confirmed.
7) Customs, Duties & Taxes (If Applicable)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.

The customer is responsible for any customs or import charges.
8) Delays & Force Majeure
While we aim to meet our delivery estimates, Valneraco is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events outside our control, including (but not limited to) carrier disruptions, customs delays, extreme weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
9) Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

Check with household members/neighbors.

Look around your property and any secure delivery locations.

Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
If you still can’t locate it, contact us at: valneraco@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can review options.
Valneraco is not responsible for stolen packages once marked delivered, but we will try to assist where possible.
10) Damaged Items During Transit
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: valneraco@gmail.com with:

Photos of the damage (product + packaging)
We will review and work with you on the next steps.
