Besides the fact that Valnera has Amazing clothing 😍😍😍 It has Excellent customer service! I always buy the insurance and it is a nominal price for a peace of mind! My order was lost or stolen and , I was able to get my merchandise replaced!

They gave me the solution of cancelling and refunding my order to repurchase, they were super super sweet about the situation and everything was given back and fixed within the same day.
